This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms of collection, processing and protection of the personal data of users of the [Agrosoft] mobile application  ("Application"), which is owned and operated by [A.M. Filagrotiki Symvouleftiki Ltd] ("Company"). 

The Company fully complies with: 

  1. the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), 

  2. Cypriot and EU data protection legislation; 

  3. the Apple App Store Review Guidelines & App Privacy Requirements.

  3. Device identifiers (IDFA only upon consent) 

  4. Usage and interaction statistics with the Application 

2.3 Location Data Collected only if: 

  1. is strictly necessary for the operation of the Application, and 

  2. Explicit consent has been provided through the device's operating system.

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: 

  1. The provision and proper operation of the Application 

  2. User account management 

  3. To improve the user experience and performance of the Application 

  4. Serving requests and providing support 

  5. Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations 

  6. Communicating with users via email  

No profiling, automated decision-making, or use of data for advertising purposes takes place without prior explicit consent.

The processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6 GDPR and is based on:

  3. in the legitimate interest of the Company,

Personal data may only be transmitted to: 

  1. hosting providers (cloud services), 

  2. technical support providers. 

All third parties act as processors and are contractually bound to protect the data. 

No sale, disclosure or transfer of personal data takes place.

The App is not directed to minors under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any data of minors, as directed by Apple.
